You're right, but the greater danger would be

If someone for whatever guided or misguide reason decided to start dumping shares for what he could get. We don't know at the moment how many people are presently able to trade. How many do you think might be insiders? Or how many are just simple miscreants with the intelligence of a garden slug?

Do I think this is likely ..................No
Do I think this is possible ..............Absolutely

And this because an obvious lack of corporate guidance has made it possible.

So what could you do if you suddenly found the stock tanking and you were sitting on shares you could not trade (but others could)???

We need a Board of independent Directors to protect and represent all shareholders, not just connected ones and that would mean a complete overhaul of the present dysfunctional disaster.
