The company never actively moved to the pinks. The otc site changed the rules in 2014 and all otcqb stocks were dropped automatically at the same time and expected to pay a higher fee to regain the status. It was a marketing ploy on the part of the otc site. Not all have bothered spending the money to upgrade again. The company expected to be uplisted to Nasdaq.

As for blame, I blame the price drop preventing the uplist to Nasdaq on Bleecker Street in early 2015 with his short and distort articles.

But, yes, it is good to see the company is now in OTCQB status.
