Agree. It is kind of tough to think about getting clients through the door when the primary mechanism for payment does not exist. Get the insurance companies on board, then focus on getting clients in the door.
Granted they need success statistics but from the past several years where we do know that at least some clients have utilized the program, there should be enough data to make a case. If they don't have such data, then maybe it is time to utilize this money for a major study to prove the effectiveness.
