My definition of taking off is "unbridled" institutional investment. The run-up to $1.90 was created by amateurs and neophytes who have learned their lesson. De-risked means that the project's path towards start-up has zero obstacles.

On nothing? Not sure where you were but there was a ton of media attention, news, developments and anticipation of amazing PEA numbers that got us to $1.90 cad. The general consensus at the time was that whatever the stock was trading at, it would be higher after the PEA was released. Mark Smith was on BNN discussing how good everything looked prior to the release of PEA 1.
