Nope. See, typically, in the legal system when bullshit lawsuits are thrown out for being well, bullshit, and the author of said bullshit is a known con artist, i.e. a failed one, (in this case Ken Maciora) the only recourse is for said failed con artist to return to the kiddie pool, as swimming with the big kids clearly didn't work out for him. It has made for some fantastic amusement, especially since Ken appears to just keep going, even when the court themselves has said, "you sir, are full of shit. No shares for you!"

Dude...A Federal Judge proved you wrong. Dismissal with prejudice is dismissal of a case on merits after adjudication. The plaintiff is barred from bringing an action on the same claim. Dismissal with prejudice is a final judgment and the case becomes res judicata on the claims that were or could have been brought in it.
