Thats who I called and they told me its only if you have positions that have been purchased with margin. Now im going to have to call them back!

Just got off the phone with the margin department and the guy i talked to said they can only loan the shares out if you have used margin to buy them. He told me where i can look it up in the customer agreement so i will post that when i have time to look it up later today.
