If your in the business of developing drugs and the drugs your developing don't work, you are pretty much SOL.
I guess it's good they have the manufacturing end to fall back on. Question is whether or not that business can be made cash flow positive. The track record shouldn't give investors too much optimism about this company's chances though, imho.
