You trust anybody one OTC market you're likely to lose a lot of money, the CEO included. Go look at their filings and you know there are no restrictions on the series C convertibles. The company has 90 days to comply on a conversion request, plus they have been paying promos with stock and not just all cash.

A dip like the last one isn't without a reason. It's simple, when you got more sellers than buyers, stock price goes down. A crash like indicates far more sellers than buyers. Why do they sell then? Taking profit by dumping large amount of shares accumulated at lower prices. Most people don't hold OTC pink stocks, they trade accordingly to make profit.
