I agree. Even from the wording of the PR, it is a real estate investment.

They'd started hinting about it after the June 1 PR. In the boilerplate under About Comstock Mining Inc. read; "The Company continues acquiring additional properties in the district."

It changed on the next announcement on June 30th to read; " The Company continues acquiring additional properties in the district while evaluating properties outside the District,"

Then on July 14th they changed it again; " The Company continues evaluating and acquiring properties inside and outside the district"

It has been inside AND OUTSIDE the district ever since.
