I will say this if I was a betting man and obviously I am I would lean towards .038. If I was a long I would start looking at my share count and rather than average down I would look at MAYBE selling in the thinking I could up my share count. Your not doing anybody any favors by holding dead weight. Of course it could settle here. I actually am looking at that. Really strong support at .15. Guess wait and see.
