1-NO! 2-It HASN'T! 3-I was thinking flabbergasted.
Couple years back,I thought FINRA made tougher rules to prevent exactly this type of fraud from happening.Not sure how it continues,but it NEEDS TO STOP ASAP!!!
Toooooo many people losing hard earned money by listening to snake oil salesmen/women.
Shakespeare could write a tragedy about it....
