Show me where the "Awareness Campaign" gets "initiated from time to time".

If they aren't investing, they're not new, are they? There seems to be a misconception as to what makes up an "Awareness Campaign". When you discuss increasing PR, you hire a PR firm. That firm is the driver to plug your business into investment firms and the like. The current way that EPGL is seeing investors is by word-of-mouth. That has the equivalency of a chain letter. EPGL needs a lot more money than additional friends and relatives can provide buying shares. What EPGL has done so far does not constitute an "Awareness Campaign" IMO.
