More information on "Advanced Beam Controls and Unique Processing Parameters"

There is some back history on this topic in an earlier post from March of 2015: Short Q&A with ORNL Phd on metal AM.

The link to the original document referenced, "Processing Science Related to the Electron Beam Melting Additive Manufacturing Process", is broken. I can't find the original document online. Probably because they've researched the varying grain structure in depth since then.
