it's funny you posted mines, because you 100% agreed with me on the 1st two points and then completely flubbed your response showing you didn't know how to account correctly for 10% vs 47% consolidation.

all while having to admit VCIG was basically an impaired asset on MCIG books, which in previous posts you mentioned VCIG was increasing MCIG value (when it fact it wasnt).

1. so you admit i'm right

2. so you admit i'm right

3. 300,000 in revenue, lets use your example

mcig recievd 47% of that (actually net income but lets be simple here)

the other 53% belonged to VCIG, which anyone holding MCIG from the start ws also part of, which is the full $300,00

we do not know how much malecon is, some places say 1 to 2 mil. 10% of 2m is 200,000. So i'd rather own 47% of VCIG with the toher 53% being owned by direct sales.

you're hoping that malecon does something other than completely cash out by diluting the company - that's what they are going to do.

4. okay so Malecon is worth $5m? where did you pull that number from?
it's a net loss postion, if you factor in the money MCIG spent spinning off VCIG and listing them, having double CEO's and CFO's and audit teams. It's a net lsos and i doubt we will see an investment of $500,000 on tehe books...and if there is, I will whistle blow to the auditors for them to analyze this valuation and have them list the valuation imeediately because it's going to be impaired if they list it at 500k

Les,

Mcig has no MJ license. Get that through youy head. At best, they have a rollies officer, that should have been reported on am 8k, with a MJ Agent Certificate. Certificates are not licenses. If they were a license, they would be called a license. Amd, there is absolutly no proof an mcig officer holds one, but that is irrelevant since they are not a license. And through mcig's own admission they will will conduct business in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, they will not be directly handling the plant. This ties their hands with sales, transportation, or even handling the plant as it is currently a schedule 1 drug.

Just one question. Have your speculations EVER been right??? If there has been one, please remind me....

It always takes weeks and months for the truth to be revealed!

RFLMAO - like how you have no evidence that MCIG has even secured an Agent ID? Or the fact that MCIG can't sell MJ w/o an MME Producer Certificate?

In addition, everyone can confirm what I've stated by
calling Pam Graber at 775-684-3487. She happens to work for the Nevada Department of Public and Behavioral Health; the State Entity who is in charge of the MME Certificate Program.

Evidence you provided? None.....lol

Regarding Bub's endlessly repeated false claim about Rollies licenses... they would be hilarious if they weren't repeated endlessly in spite of all evidence to the contrary.
