#202895 RE: masterlongevity #202885

Sounds good but for the fights...I just returned from a 1.25 mile walk RT to local SBUX, got my daily 4 shot expresso over ice this afternoon after 1 cup Keurig SBUX coffee with breakfast, eat more high omega-3 fish than red meat at lunch and dinner[along with off-label prescribed Vascepa, 4 grams EPA in 4 capsules, each day at breakfast and dinner], climb ~ 10 flights of stairs each day, been married last 18 years to 20-year younger M.D., J.D. spouse who is rarely "difficult" but remains challenging[we successfully challenge each other to keep up] while still occupied with FDA regulatory work for major international co. I find it difficult to be social in nearly full retirement when most of good friends are still working themselves, or have passed from the earth or retired elsewhere. Cross-word and jig-saw puzzles compete with message boards and emails.

OT: if you live a hard and fast life with plenty of booze, drugs, promiscuity and extreme sports, you don't have to worry about making it to a point where AD is a concern! Better to burn out than to fade away (which doubles as a description of my investing performance!) ;)
