I am not trying to be argumentative, but there is a Robert Platt listed as a member of ITKG's BOD in the latest 10Q. The odd part is that there has been no PR or announcment regarding Mr. Platt's addition to the board or his background, qualifications, or the reason for his addition. In light of the fact that there was a Robert Platt involved with the company previously, that there was a Robert Platt with a significant problem with the SEC, and now the unannounced addition of a Robert Platt to the BOD does cause some consternation. Maybe it is just me.
