Apparently, investors feel more comfortable using ineptness, dementia, and cognitive impairment rather than outright fraud to explain away Seymour's and Diwan's eleven years of lies.
It's somehow preferable to believe it's purely coincidental that all of their lies are heavily biased towards further enabling themselves millions of dollars in compensation.
