No. Not even the Pope will be enough to undo the years of systemic lies and distortions by local drug lords down south. It'll take much longer, of course some countries are more liberal such as Argentina, Uruguay who has already legalized, etc.
I think TRTC is overvalued as well at current price. Dilution will happen and you can take that to the bank. Sad when some fail to read the filings isn't it?
