I say pending FDA approval vs what you say. I have MSK, AstraZeneca, NCCN and a boat load of trial data on my side and hmmmm, $60+ Million plus cash in reserve with stock accumulation nearing the end tells a very different story then what you are hinting at.

Remember, a simple blood test could tell one has cancer and can also say the FDA may need to pull some already FDA approved drugs for not doing what some Big Pharma claim they are doing... hmmm
