Easy. The site is junk but he still.....

gets paid for diving for the team that came looking for crumbs.....ie a permit to overhype.

The idea HTQ can't get a permit after the crap Seafarers pulled is ludicrous. Kyle's veiled threats surely mean more than grabbing a kannon from the ocean floor without permission.

I thought the FBAR was supposed to be so excited about the site last fall. Is that why they issued a swim permit nearly 10 months later?
