It does not matter if there is a binding contract that has not been enforced yet. The owner of record is Greenpay.

If there is a contract, then the property will be conveyed at such time provided for in the contract (if one exists); but Greenpay owns it today and continues to own it until such time they deed title of the property to someone else.

And beyond the online image of the deed, we have the listed owner for the tax assessor and the owner's contact information which says Greenpay.

One of the deeds even lists Ed Stars as the owner contact!!!!

If there is a binding contract that has not been enforced yet, why the CEO did not report it in the PR?

The ugly fact is that, this CEO has reported many things that are not exist, how can you assume anything he did not report is ever exist?

Why this CEO is hiding in his shell avoiding this luxury real estates queries? is he enjoying his summer vacation in one of his luxury real estates?
