urban of course at this point right before trial anything could still happen but if Dimension goes on to win the case against TMM as is expected and TMM doesnt pay then those guys who put in the 13 million officially lose everything. No chance that Dimension lets TMM off the hook they will tie it up tighter than a frogs rearend. LOL
