The problem is that the SEC is suspending delinquent filers - DIDG was suspended and their last filing was for September 2014 - just like HJOE.

Why would any shareholder not demand that the company becomes current immediately?

Shareholders act like they are scared of Adamson/Veal - it is like they are trying to curry favor with those idiots.
