Well as far as pipe deals I feel this wasn't a bad one at market. I have seen some on other stocks that are at 40% discount. It will be interesting to watch the short position as you said though.
Henry is doing small Pipe deals because the stock is so ridiculously priced right now. Do you want him to issue more shares for a large pipe?? He could easily do that and he decided not to. He is making the best choice by doing a minimal pipe while the stock is trading at these depressed levels.
Accusing Henry of thinking short term is ridiculous. No one is happy with these pipe deals, but at least Henry is only doing the bare minimum until he can ink a larger deal that will hopefully eliminate the need for pipes moving forward. If you don't believe that's going to happen, you should sell and move on.
