They got 10k man, it's the total value $ of what they can most likely get converting the rest of the AS, what's left of it. Since SNEY has gagged the TA and refuses to file a 10k which wouldn't line up w all the PR fibs, I guess we have no way of actually knowing the the true OS at this point, only that it's WELL OVER 3 Billion.
