Hemp is not a commodity. Exactly as biodiesel or alchool as fuel.
Under the Bush presidence (father and son) was a chimera.
Now the sentiment is changed (luckily IMHO).

Brazil is using alchool for cars since the '80.
Hemp was illegal for decades : can be used for fibers, fuel, bricks, and more.
The "oil and plastic connection" is broken.
Is not a commodity ?
