Not at all, but to me it seems strange that none of the below businesses appear in the LinkedIn profile you are referring to. It could be that the Miguel Dotres who owns these businesses below may not have a LinkedIn account, just JMO.

Im not trying to say that he still won't turn this thing around, and I understand you may regard this as soft bashing. That's not what I'm trying to do. I was just bored today and started to dig a little deeper into things I kind of skimmed over before while trying to put two and two together with this merger. And Miguel Dotres at age 39/40? Was a chef and now Miguel Dotres 45 is going to take a publicly traded company with a small but decent revenue/"5" other Aquistion companies and turn it from a shell into a large profitable marijuana real estate holdings company that is going to boost the stock price through the roof. Like I said I am long I'm holding just shy of a mil shares and will continue to accumulate at .0015 and below as I will stay profitable with any ps higher. I'm just starting to become skeptical going back and reading the merger press releases from months ago with silence and emails from the company that will not reveal anything to make my mind at ease. I guess I just can't get over the fact that in that original merger press release they talk about how beneficial it will be for the stock holders. So I like I said I will continue to due my DD I will continue to accumulate.0015- and I will continue to keep my fingers crossed for all us longs that have been waiting so patiently for more news!

Having said all that I find myself digging deeper and deeper into this stuff here is my latest DD that I hope you will find helpful/ at least interesting:


At first googling Miguel Dotres' name got me to his LinkedIn which got me to his companies he's owned/owns/works for but I got to pot estate and went back to their first ever Facebook post and continued all the way to the last in order to find anything that stuck out..... indo incorporated. Now it is officially listed on the pot holdings website but they also have Twitter so I went back to their first Twitter post and read back once again this time finding many similarities.
1.all of the below companies have the same web designer
2.All these companies seem to be linked together at some point:

ipotogo.com , indoincorporated.com , regamoney.com , naturalbuzz.com , potestate.com , northwestcannabiscoalition.com , jjmjconsulting.com , sanz.solutions

There are more but these I found to be the most interesting because of one Twitter post in particular:
