Obviously you don't read all the pages, like the one for tech support that has stated the website will be updated soon, the same message for almost two years now, see below. The blog for technical support that stated the updates, issues, was discontinued so problems are now in the dark. How's your investment in telvue?? Still supporting this crap?

You can email or call technical support. You can no longer login to the self-help portal, as we are in the process of upgrading and improving our online support offering. However, if you email technical support they can update you on any open or previous case. In addition, you can access all product documentation including the previous available technical solutions using the product documentation links above.
