Not all Pump and Dumps are dramatic. Every bogus PR that this company issues and all those fake articles on paid-for websites are the Pump.

The daily selling of shares by large shareholders/noteholders is the Dump. Slow motion compared to some P&Ds - but a P&D nonetheless.
