Fife and Company can convert shares up to the ownership limit and then sell all those shares. They can repeat this until their debt has been satisfied. They do know however that as they do this the price tanks. But, until they convert the debt, they are not bagholders. Once they convert the debt into shares then they ARE bagholders and will dump the shares as fast as possible. That is only one issue...there are other issues at play in the process of debt conversion in pennyland.
