Not knocking anything here.. But the jump in #'s was probably due to monarch being more integrated into the company, like all the cash and assests they had before the merge.. Still beleive as you do that this is just the calm before the storm here and that this will fly soon..

Sept.2015 Cash increased by 1,162.85% Total assets increased by 2,338.10%

Compare O/S 113,927,692 with Volume since Sept.2015

HUGE Drop in Price with Extremely Little Volume!!!

Losin Deals caused the Drop not dilution!

if/when Reasons show up to bring in Buyers BTFL will be Thin on the Ask imo

Look @ Volume in Oct/Nov BTFL is being Loaded!!!!!!

That's a large increase in assets. Also, an increase in liabilities (less then increase in assets) This looks like there was an acquisition of some sort along with revenues since the last filing.
