1) Print and barter shares to loyal foot soldiers. Typically this means pump teams as well as individuals he has struck deals with.
2) Barter even more shares and promises to a few others in order to con them into working for him as officers, directors or operatives whose job is to help silence criticism.
3) Eddie secretly dumps shares and reneges on promises until the aforementioned people quit and the ticker goes to no bid.
4) Months/ years later Eddie concocts some goofy new scam to revive the ticker. His first move is to contact his major bag holders and promise to make them whole again. Believing they can possibly unload their worthless shares many of them bite only to be burned yet again. Some repeat this same cycle with Eddie again and again.
