Also you are saying that ERHC would have to pay CEPSA in produced oil for having covered the cost of the FTG and the seismic survey ??

CEPSA will be paying ERHC's way and will be paid back nothing UNLESS oil is found and produced. If no oil is found, CEPSA will have taken ALL the risk to carry ERHC.

I agree, some of the garbage that gets posted here IS unbelievable.

By the way, how does anything in your reply to my post relate to the ludicrous statement that was made saying "ERHC pays for its share of the first well...but is carried for all subsequent wells"?
