I don't know if REDG would have to file all the past reports before a current one (No, 10K 2015 and no Q1, Q2, or Q3 2016 reports).

End of August, is the end of REDG's fiscal year. The 10K for that would not be due until end of November.

I really doubt any Marvel or DC will show up on PowFolio. Marvel has a good business with Digital Unlimited. DC (they have their own appb, also) is either likely to duplicate Marvel's Digital Unlimited, or just become part of Comixology Unlimited. Maybe PowFolio can get some of the other independent publishers on-board with a subscription service.

Marvel did it right with their Unlimited service. Years worth of issues of their most popular stuff, not just a few issues.

I have to say, I like the old Hulk version better than any of the newer ones, too. Hulk Smash. The madder the Hulk gets, the stronger the Hulk gets. Nice and simple.

I hope Benny is recording the panel and will have it uploaded to YouTube quickly.
