Go to ISI's website and down load the "Eagle on-site water treatment system". It is a system that employed the "OriginOil" system as you can see in the photos.

ISI is a company in Delta, Colorado where "OriginOil" demonstrated its EWS system years ago. ISI has always done water treatment in fracking operations in that area and Grand Junction is just up the road. They have used a number water treatment methods on frac-jobs.

There is absolutely nothing new in what you saw but rather a look at the failed hopes of the past for OOIL, now OCLN.
