it clearly states "prior managements'fault",and "the current company(notis)" is "fully cooperating".seems like the SEC would go after "prior management"if they press charges,doesn't it? they(SEC) came right down on PINEAPPLE EXPRESS (which is prior management) and suspended them,so it looks like the SEC got who their after.
