Prior to that, he served as Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and a Director of Xoma Corporation. Prior to Xoma, Dr. Wilcox co-founded Ingene Inc. serving as its Chairman, President and CEO prior to the merger of Ingene into Xoma.
