You brought up a good point.
That's what concerns me most in doing my DD. According to the share structure posted on this board on 7/7 and the share structure emailed to me by the T/A today, it looks like 143 million shares have been added to the O/S and Float.
Here are the current numbers according to the email I received from the T/A today:
A/S - 2,000,000,000
and O/S- 1,460,903,582
Float- 1,413,015,503
Since the A/S is 2 bil and they seem to be quickly approaching that number in the o/s, will they have to raise the a/s to accommodate the continuing conversion of shares? Or, will they buy the rest of the convertible notes so the o/s stops rising? This is something they'll need to address asap.
