I don't think Kalinsky provided any funds to Ross/NGCG.

I seem to remember that Kalinsky was involved in fake loans to Hall of Fame Beverages and is why they received a DTCC Chill/Global Lock.

Kalinsky and Ross did the fake loan - then default on the loan - Kalinsky files a lawsuit and there is either a settlement or default judgement. Then Kalinsky files for a 3(a)(10) exemption to get free trading shares. After that they split the money. All of this harms shareholders.
