Anything else that would be more solid and accepted by a judge, or just noise ?

TECO gang did not even bother presenting a defense against SEC specific charges.

Telling the truth about a scam such as Treaty Energy and the con men that run it is NOT tortuous interference... Treaty was never meant to be a successful legitimate "oil company" it was always a Blackburn SCAM to rip folks off.

That fact is now so obvious its ridiculous...
