There's been a large increase in the O/S.

I pulled these numbers and dates from the filings. On:
06/22/2016: 51,921,403
04/19/2016: 29,121,403
01/19/2016: 28,921,403
10/20/2015: 24,695,724

Change in A/S and Preferred on 11/13/2015:
- increase the number of authorized shares of our common stock from 60,000,000 shares to 150,000,000 shares; and
- increase the number of authorized shares of our preferred stock from 1,000,000 shares to 10,000,000 shares.

Will have to see where the stock is when the next reporting period occurs.

One thing is for sure: Without revenue producing assets, TAER will end up just like GOIG, SAVW, and everything else Ike Sutton has touched.
