If you were really a CPA you wouldn't be on a penny stock message board boasting about an investigation you started...that isn't even ethical!! Aren't CPA's suppose to act ethically?

I think the IRS will dispose of this claim for you, once they learn it was already negated by the auditors, attorneys and a Federal Judge.

The Whistleblower Office will be responsible for assessing and analyzing incoming tips. After determining their degree of credibility, the case will be assigned to the appropriate IRS office for further investigation.
