ok sovereignty42, here is where you are wrong. You implied that all of the mutual funds listed as owners of the bond merely hold it for their customers. If this were the case, then Rufus would have listed $500 million invested in the various mutual funds, not the bond. The mutual funds listed are the true owners of the bond. Unless CVSU owns 100% of all those mutual funds listed as owners, then it does not own the bond.
