Correction. Domenic Della Penna (hope I got it right this time) returned my email saying Rexista will have 7 strengths. 5mg all the way up to 80mg.

Amigo.....it actually would not be strange to file for only one dose if your going after a 24 hour pain management. look at the normal dosage administration. if you get a 20mg and take every 6 hours. or a 40 mg and take every 12 hours would be the same as taking 80 mg over 24 hours ! so the idea on extended release is you cover the people that get 20mg and 40mg tablets. NOT really that someone would only need 20 mg over 24 hours or 40 mgs over 24. we need to be looking at the current dosages and dispensing. if I am correct they would only need one dose.
