I agree "GLTA" and hope everybody does well. I just don't think that VPER is going to go anywhere based on their past and the current evidence. "Luck" can factor in to investing, but you can never count on that. Some good research improves your chances of success.
Pennies are a crapshoot and I hope nobody in VPER is gambling more than they can afford to lose or using money for VPER that could be put to better use.
Again, I echo: GLTA!!!!!!
