The poor shot has not been aired here yet .. yes, for sure better training all around should be one policy and it's heartening to know that is happening in places .. also, a thought this morning is that when someone tells a 911 operator a participant in an incident is brandishing a gun how does the operator know that is true? .. invariably the operator would have to take that caller as telling the truth, though i wonder now how many 911 callers could be lying about a gun just in hopes of creating yet another anti-police incident .. would be minimal, if any, i'm sure, yet cannot discount it ever happening .. so in all cases the bottom line comes back to the police who first arrive on the scene to make the accurate and best judged evaluation of the situation .. in the Kinsey case there would seem to be no valid reason at all for the shot.
OT: So far today nothing here live from the Cleveland convention. Does anyone have any idea how long it will be before Trump speaks today?
