I have said before and will say again (on the day various indicators suggested this might be the longest smoothest recovery since WWII) that POTUS should (via the FHFA director) end the NWS and declare victory

I know my house is up 60-70% from the bottom and the equity markets have more than doubled

How is it not a victory ? And why should he not claim it ?

And I have said it before and will say again - I am seriously disappointed that OBAMA keeps taking our profits now that it is clear the debt (via senior preferred equity) is paid off ! and F and F are needed (as foreseen by FDR)
