Could be fairly substantial but you would have to think that the acquisition could probably not have been done without some kind of audit done on both companies. I bet the audits are in some state of completion now. If the numbers are bad I can see why they would not want to report them.

Seriously doubt there is dilution yet. I'm sure they will aquire Tetrahex with stock, but the deal isn't even signed yet. It is only a letter of intent. They could also issue restricted stock as well. I would not jump to dilution worries just yet. IMO
