All those other companies are private; SHOM will be used as the public shell to bring everything together. As long as those companies are bringing in revenue or garnering investors it's fine with me.
As far as l know Mr. Dotres could be a rent a CEO til the merger deal is complete. We/I don't even know if Mr Dotres will be involved with the new merging party.
A lot of guessing about SHOM base on Mr Dotres is IMO highly speculative and totally guess work.
Who is the Merging party? I'm still wait on an answer.
In the last PR it only states " Mr. Dotres will lead the company through this transitional phase."
