So tell me why mr Mkt ,aka the herd, the crowd however you wish to call them, at any rate enough retailers still react to "analysts" buy and sell recs to move pps +- 10% and higher , especially with these biotech values and more so with those with pps <5$ ? lol

i mean, they ain't got no memory ? even inanimate matter like iron has memory (aka hysteresis)?
